For cooking you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large covered terrace and a barbecue canopy on the beach. For moments of steam there is both an indoor and a beach sauna. Heat in the villa is created by underfloor heating, a fireplace and an air heat pump. On hot days, mechanical ventilation and air heat pump also provide much needed cooling.
The gently deepening sandy beach opens to the south. A beach sauna with piers and a barbecue canopy create the setting for relaxing holidays on your own beach. A sheltered courtyard area invites you to play in the yard.
Located on the shores of Lake Suuri-Onkamo, the villa is 45 km by car from Joensuu, which takes about half an hour.
The villa, built in 1982, has been completely renovated both inside and outside in 2017-2018. The villa is sold with furniture and equipment.
