Apartment in the elite complex "Lomas del Mar" within walking distance from the sea and wide, long (7 km) beach La Mata! The area of the apartment is 65 m2, the apartments consist of a spacious interior, two bedrooms, one bathroom, an American-type kitchen, a balcony and a terrace, with beautiful panoramic views of the city and the sea. The windows of the apartment are oriented to three sides of the world, which provides natural lighting of the apartment with natural light from morning to evening, as well as a 180o view. The apartment has everything you need for living and rest: household appliances, including a mini dishwasher, an oven, a Dolce gusto coffee machine, furniture, dishes, bedding and towels. Air conditioning is individual, there is television. The complex is secure. It has its own territory with a swimming pool. The accommodation option is up to four people. Animals on demand! The complex is located five minutes from the sea and the popular clean beach of La Mata with walking paths and parks. A 10-15 minute walk along the sea leads to a pine park with shady cool alleys, sand dunes, cascades. There are many restaurants nearby, but music and noise are inaudible, the street near the house is quiet, the urbanization is calm. Many cozy cafes and bars are located all along the coast. There is a city bus stop near the house.
The rental price depends on the season and is per week:
EUR 385 (55 nights) in low season
595 (85 nights) in the middle and
1120 (160 nights) at high.
- 80 euros for cleaning, paid once upon arrival.
- Deposit of 200 euros, which is returned on condition of safety of the property.
