Kissonerga is a village located in the southwest of Cyprus, about 8 km north of Paphos. This region is known for the cultivation of banana plantations, which gives the district a very valuable greenery. The village is ideally located next to the tourist area of the Royal Bay, where there are several hotels, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The village itself is about 112 meters above sea level and, although close to the town of Paphos, has managed to retain many of its traditional rustic charms.
