Very important: both houses were built completely legally, there are papers for that! An extension to build large villas here will not be possible.

The soil on the property is, like everything else, very fertile - this special location is embedded in vineyards and olive groves. The nearest motorway junction is about 15km away, and Pula airport is about 30km away.
