Payment scheme

Third payment: 10% (when you reach the level of the floor in the entrance where the apartment you purchase is located);
-Fourth payment: 15% (when you reach the level of the last floor in the entrance where the apartment you purchase is located);
Fifth contribution: 20% (on receipt of Act 14);
Sixth installment: 10% (on receipt of Act 15);
Seventh installment: 5% (on commissioning of the building).
