4 bedroom Villa 423 m² Thalang, Thailand

AYANA Soluna Villas is an exclusive collection of private pool villas set within a naturally preserved rainforest landscape in Thalang, Phuket. Spanning 112,500 m², the low-density development is designed around the surrounding terrain, with approximately 70% of the native forest retained to create a peaceful residential environment surrounded by greenery and mountain views. The development comprises 62 villas featuring spacious bedrooms, supported by a range of lifestyle facilities and services. Residents have access to a 2,000 m² community garden, children’s recreation area, fitness centre and 24-hour security, alongside professional property management, shuttle services, private transfers and personalised services such as private chefs and nanny assistance. The Type B villa provides 423 m² of built space arranged in a left-right zone configuration, creating a practical separation between different living areas while maintaining a spacious overall layout. A 6-metre ceiling height gives the interiors a dramatic sense of volume, while the 10-metre panoramic window system opens the main living spaces towards the surrounding mountain landscape. Large glazed openings allow natural light and views to become an integral part of the interior experience. Combined with the villa’s private pool and generous living areas, the design provides a comfortable setting for both everyday living and entertaining, with the surrounding mountains adding to its sense of privacy and connection with nature.
