Three auxiliary buildings have a total area of 108 m2.

There is a long strip of moorings and ponta in front of each house.

 

According to the urban-technical conditions, the reconstruction of the existing facilities with the purpose of hotel units is planned.

 

The houses were built at the beginning of the 20th century in the area where the older buildings of the residential complex existed.
