Possible use of the building after reconstruction:
1. Luxury hotel.
It is planned to create:
20 comfortable rooms with an area 40 to 120 m²;
SPA area of 85 m² (for massages and water procedures);
Restaurant with 40 seats (in winter) and 54 seats (in summer);
Bar-lounge with 19 seats (in winter) and 30 seats (in summer);
Bar-barbecue with 10-15 seats and a terrace for observation;
Conference hall for 20 persons;
Park area with a cafe (there is a verbal agreement with the Riga City Council on the creation of a park area).
2. The building can be used as a 3- or 4-star hotel, with a large number of rooms compared to a luxury hotel.
