The building, which is offered for sale and reconstruction, was built in the 16th century as a merchant's house. The house has retained an elegant façade and spacious rooms. This building is an architectural monument and is protected by UNESCO.
One of the undeniable advantages of this building is its exceptional location - on a quiet street of Old Riga, just a few steps from the Town Hall Square. The embankment of the Daugava River is nearby, and on the neighboring streets you can enjoy the atmosphere of cozy cafes and some of the best restaurants of Old Riga, which gives this place has a special color and charm.
The project includes plans to create an observation deck on the roof, accessible via a modern elevator, a court terrace, a bar and a barbecue area. It is noteworthy that after the reconstruction, the roof will be higher than all the neighboring buildings, which will provide magnificent views of the Old Town and the river.
