KK-1574. Vineyard, winery in Florence
On the Chianti hills, between the municipalities of Castelfiorentino and San Miniato, a magnificent wine estate with a 16th-century villa, a noble chapel, a farmhouse, Chianti DOCG vineyards and a wine cellar.
Located in an easily accessible white road and immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, this vast estate of more than 100 hectares allows you to easily reach the most famous centers of Tuscany: the center with all the necessary services (6 km; 15′), San Miniato (10 km; 20′), Castelfiorentino (12 km; 25′), the tower of San Gimignano (34 km; 55′), the Etruscan Volterra (43 km; 1 hour), the Renaissance and the always magnificent Florence (51 km; 1 hour 15′), the fortified Lucca (53 ch; 1 km); and the famous Pischa (15′) from 10′′′′′ (53′′′′′′) . Even the Tuscan Sea is within reach as Viareggio is just 84 km (1 hour 20 minutes) from the hotel.
Description of buildings
The main part of the property consists of a magnificent sixteenth-century villa (about 1125 square meters, 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms), organized over four floors, plus a tower with a panoramic terrace.
- Basement: 2 loggia, 3 bathrooms, basement, living room, utility room, dining room, technical room, laundry room, warehouse;
- First floor: 4 bedrooms, kitchen, pantry, dressing room, hallway, garage, 3 pantry, 3 living rooms, 2 living rooms (with dining room), dining room and 3 bathrooms;
- Second floor: 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, utility room and three terraces;
- Third floor: a large attic with stairs to the terrace at the top of the tower.
Then we find a renovated farmhouse (about 509 square meters, 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), located on two floors above the ground and divided into three residential blocks:
- First floor: garage, hallway, living room with dining room and kitchen, storage room and pantry;
- First floor: kitchen, 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
At a short distance from the house we find a small building (about 64 square meters, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom), converted into a dwelling and articulated on two floors:

Another farmhouse (about 182 square meters, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms) has been completely renovated and is located on two floors:

In the production center of the estate (about 760 square meters) there are basements and rooms where grapes are processed and bottled. The chapel, consecrated in 946 AD (about 35 square meters) is part of a property attached to a business center and very close to cellars common in past centuries (from the Middle Ages to the seventeenth century) in hopes of having a great year. LAND PART
The heart of the property is surrounded by 115 hectares of land divided between vineyards (7.7 hectares), olive groves (3.2 hectares), arable land (75.9 hectares), pastures (4.7 hectares), mixed forests (4.1 hectares), cottage (11.3 hectares) and garden (8.1 hectares). The vineyards are divided into Chianti DOCG (6.3 ha) and Rosso Toscano IGT (3.7 ha).
The property also includes a large hunting reserve (70 hectares), covering arable land, pastures, vineyards and forests in the province of Florence.
There is also the possibility of stocking a white truffle (Tuber magnatum), a black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) and a hook truffle (Tuber uncinatum).
The property, given its past (and possibly future) holiday spots, also has two fine pools: the first near a sixteenth-century villa (15 x 7 m), the other near the core with a farmhouse and barn (14 x 5 m).
