KK-1261. Vineyard, winery in Tuscany
This 41-hectare estate, located in the heart of Tuscany and accessible by a white-treeed road, is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, just fifteen minutes from Casole d'Elsa and Colle Val d'Elsa, the two main centres of the valley. In the near future, you can reach San Gimignano, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Siena, known as the “city of Palio”, and Chertaldo, the birthplace of Boccaccio. Florence and Amerigo Vespucci International Airport are less than an hour away, and in just over an hour and a half you can reach seaside resorts on the Tuscan coast, including Forte dei Marmi.
Description of buildings
The property consists of a farmhouse (613 square meters), a cellar (466 square meters) for winemaking, bottling, packaging and storage of wine, a production processing shop and warehouse (only 150 square meters), a shelter for agricultural machines (16 square meters) and an equipped camping.
The main house is on two levels. On the first floor there is a large hallway, four living rooms, kitchen, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. The ground floor includes six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a wardrobe/cloakroom.

Built on the ruins of a medieval observation tower, fully restored in 1973, the farm features stone facades, terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams.
