Apartment Penestanan, Indonesia

A terraced villa enclave stepping down toward the river in a peaceful artists' quarter, on the walkable western edge of town, where each residence is angled to hold its own jungle view and privacy. The first phase sold out, around 70 percent of it during pre-sale, and phase two now opens with a spread of formats: a compact Mini Villa, one-bedroom villas in both partial and direct jungle-view tiers, a two-bedroom, and a flagship four-bedroom, with extended XL layouts and three-bedroom configurations available to select on the larger plots during pre-sale. Pricing starts at $129,000 at the current pre-sale stage and steps up on a published quarterly ladder through to completion in Q4 2027, so early buyers lock the lowest entry. Shared wellness infrastructure, including a spa, sits at the heart of the development, supporting both owner wellbeing and rental appeal in a market that increasingly buys on wellness. The result is a documented capital-growth story rather than a projection, set in one of Bali’s most established lifestyle and rental corridors.
