Location: Büyükçekmece is a district located on the European side of Istanbul 20 minutes away from Atatürk Airport in Yeşilköy. It is surrounded by Küçükçekmece, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü in the east, Silivri in the west, Başakşehir, Çatalca and Arnavutköy in the north and the Marmara Sea in the south. Its land area is 196 km2.

Transportation: TEM and D-100 highways pass through Büyükçekmece district.
There are regular metrobus services.
Metro connections have completed in 2016.
There are also regular services by IETT and Private Public Buses along with IDO sea buses.
Fametown Büyükçekmece is ideal for both the winter and summer seasons.
Investment potential: Increasing transportation facilities that can meet the needs of the region and the proximity of industry-based business areas make Büyükçekmece a center of attraction.
Büyükçekmece district is developing on the E-5 highway route. Infrastructure work in the region was completed rapidly after 1994. All the requirements of a contemporary urban area have been fulfilled with the sewage, the beach and lake collector lines, the wastewater treatment plant, wide streets, roads and modern pedestrian sidewalks. The E5 northern region is the place where industrial and residential areas are connected, and the parts up to the coast below E5 are the region where apartments, villas and residences are situated.
Apartments in this project have both the views of Lake Büyükçekmece and the Marmara Sea.
