The house consists of two bedrooms with large double beds, a spacious interior with a dining area, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious solarium with a barbecue. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bedding and towels. There's television. The accommodation option is up to five people. Parking on the adjacent street. At your service is a large own courtyard. At a distance of 1.6 km there is a network supermarket "Mercadona", a large number of cafes, bars, restaurants.
The house is located in a green protected area with beautiful air 1600 meters to the sea. The pink lake and the reserve are 1.3 km away. The perfect place for a good and complete rest!
The cost of rent:
- in low season - 65 euros per day or 455 euros per week;
- in the average season - 120 euros per day or 840 per week;
- in high season - 170 euros per day or 1190 euros per week.
Additional costs:
150 euros for cleaning, paid once upon arrival.
- 300 euros deposit, which is returned upon departure, subject to the safety of the property.
