On the first floor there is a spacious salon, an American-style kitchen, one bedroom, the second floor - a second bedroom (with a large bed), a bathroom, two balconies and a furnished solarium, which offers panoramic views of the city and the sea. 150 m from the house originates a long, 7 km long, and a wide beach La Mata with white clear sand. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The bungalow has everything you need for living: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bedding and towels, two air conditioners, TV.
The rental price includes a place in an underground garage.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The rental price depends on the season and is per week:
50 euros per night or 350 euros per week in low season
75 euros per night or 525 euros per week on average
160 euros per night or 1120 per week in high.
Additional costs:
100 euros for the final cleaning, paid once upon check-in and
- 200 euros - pledge, which is returned, subject to the safety of the property
Additional information:
- Arrival after 21.00 p.m. - an additional 20 euros.
- Check-in with animals on request (payment additional 35 euros).
- Rent a crib -20 euros, a baby chair -20 euros (for the entire period).
- Transfer is possible for an additional fee.
- Only smoke on the terrace!
