The first floor of a two-storey bungalow is rented in Orihuela COSTA. The total floor area of 52 m2, consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious cabin, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and courtyard. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay and rest: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker and a toaster), dishes, bed linen for the season and towels, a washing machine. Air conditioning. Smart TV, WIFI. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (animals on request!). Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Infrastructure is well developed in the area. The CONSUM supermarket is about 650 meters away, the bars are about 500 meters away. The golf courses are 6.5 km away. The large commercial center "La Zenia Boulevard" is about 3.5 km away. The sea and beaches are 1.7 km away, so it is better to have a car to rent this property.
The rental price depends on the season and is:
50 euros per night or 350 euros per week in low season
75 euros per night or 375 per week on average
200 per night or 1,400 euros in high.
Additional costs: 95 euros for cleaning, paid once upon check-in
200 euros security deposit, which is returned on condition of safety of the property.
