Upon conclusion of the Preliminary Agreement, the minimum first payment is 10% of the cost.
The second payment is due in 2 months in the amount of 15% of the apartment price.
The third payment is 4 months after the date of signing the contract in the amount of 15%.
The remaining 60% of the cost is an installment payment for real estate under an agreement with the developer
For a period of up to 1 year – NO increase in price
For a period of up to 3 years with an increase in the cost of 3.5% per annum
For a period of 3 to 5 years from the date of conclusion of the contract – an increase in the cost of 6.5% per annum
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments
If you pay a down payment of more than 50% upon signing the Preliminary Agreement, you will receive a 2% discount from the cost.
If you pay the full price within two months of signing the Preliminary Agreement, you will receive a 3% discount from the price.
The right of use is transferred immediately upon payment of the first 10% of the cost.
