• €1,100/m² — with an initial payment of 90%.
Development Progress
VIZION 3 follows the first two phases of the complex. Construction of the first phase began in March 2025, and interior finishing works are underway as of September 2026. Construction of the second phase began in February 2026, and its reinforced concrete frame has already been completed.
Construction of the third phase began on 3 September 2026. The building permit provides for a construction period of 36 months. The project is being delivered by a developer with many years of experience in the market.
Documentation and Purchase Procedure
According to the seller, the required permits are in place and the infrastructure development tax has been paid. The contract is signed before a notary, with a cadastral entry securing the selected unit for the buyer. Contracts are now available for signing.
VIZION 3 offers an opportunity to choose a property at the start of a new development phase and spread payments over up to two years.
