Welcome to Balkan Vacation Homes, an independent real estate company based in Varna, Bulgaria, specialising in coastal and vacation properties along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
Since 2018, we have helped international buyers and property owners with the sale, marketing and management of vacation homes in Bulgaria. Our experience in the sector goes back even further, through our work with NOVASOL and the vacation-home market before establishing Balkan Vacation Homes.
Our focus is deliberately specialised. We work primarily with apartments, holiday homes and coastal properties, giving us detailed knowledge of the resorts, residential developments and local markets in which we operate. This allows us to provide practical, market-based advice to both sellers and buyers.
We are a Bulgarian-registered company with an international orientation and a strong focus on clients from Europe. Through our network and marketing activities, we connect Bulgarian property owners with buyers from Bulgaria and abroad.
