Henrik Skov is the founder of **Balkan Vacation Homes** and has worked professionally in the Bulgarian property and vacation-home market since 2016.
His experience in the sector began with **NOVASOL**, one of Europe's established vacation-home companies. After working with NOVASOL in the Czech Republic and participating in market research in Serbia, Henrik took responsibility for **NOVASOL's activities in Bulgaria in 2016**, working as Country Representative / Manager.
When NOVASOL withdrew from Eastern Europe in 2018, Henrik established **Balkan Vacation Homes**, continuing his work with international property buyers and owners in Bulgaria.
Today, Balkan Vacation Homes is an independent specialist real-estate company focusing primarily on coastal properties in Bulgaria. Henrik's work covers property marketing, sales, owner representation and assisting international buyers throughout the purchasing process.
With a background in business administration, business development, management and marketing, Henrik combines a structured professional approach with hands-on knowledge of the Bulgarian property market.
As a Danish national with an international background, he understands the needs and expectations of foreign buyers and property owners and focuses on providing clear information, professional advice and practical support throughout the property transaction.
