Near the house is the most famous park in the city of Torrevieja, "Park of Nations". It hosts various festive events and it's just nice to walk with the family there. To the historical center of the city is only 850 m, to the beautiful embankment - 700 m. Nearby there are grocery stores, bars and restaurants.
Prices per week:
in low season 280 euros or 40 euros per night,
an average season of 560 euros or 80 euros per night and
In high season 840 euros or 120 euros per night.
Additional costs:
