The new 4-star Bjelasica 1450, located on the mountain of the same name and next to the famous 1450 Kolasin ski resort, will provide visitors with an ideal balance between comfort, adventure and sophistication. To qualify for Montenegrin citizenship under the investment program, investors can purchase a site in the new Bjelasica 1450 development project for 250,000 euros, including 21% VAT, in addition to a state fund donation of 100,000 euros. The period of investment conservation is 5 years, after which investors can resell a new investor in the program.
