The house is built in the very heart of the "golden mile" - the most prestigious area between the sea and Jomas street, a few steps from the world-famous beach of Jurmala.
After a leisurely walk in minutes, you are already on the beach of the Gulf of Riga. 150 meters from the project there is Jomas Street, the main street of Jurmala, where life is muttering day and night. A little further, 800 meters from the house, is the famous Dzintari Concert Hall, where the Russian and world stars of the world perform every year throughout the tourist season. Only a 20-minute drive is Riga - the largest cultural and economic center in the Baltic region.
