Another new large-scale project of the White Square “White Square on Mindeli” is a residential area being built on Dzotsi Street in Saburtalo district, Tbilisi.

"White Square on Mindeli Street" unites a total of 6 residential buildings and includes: two 14-storey buildings, one 15-storey building and three 22-storey buildings. Each residential building has more than 100 residential apartments and various types of commercial or office space.

Future residents' demands are taken into account when designing the residential area. The apartments are made for young families, renters, students, or large families. Apartment living spaces begin at 53 sq.m.

The district will have children's and sports grounds, a recreation area, cafes, restaurants, salons and many other facilities adapted to the needs of residents.
