The regional center of Shavnik is 8 km away; the second largest city of Montenegro Niksic is 37 km away. To the coast, it is about 2 hours by car. In a 10-minute drive there is a small ski area with a lift, and only 32 km away is a large ski resort "Savin kuk" in the town of Zabljak.
Ecologically clean area allows you to engage in agriculture, both animal husbandry and the cultivation of fruit trees. Now several fruit trees are growing on the site - an apple tree, a plum tree. There is not much snow in winter. As an option, it is able to organize the production of meat delicacies by buying the meat of wild animals and livestock from local hunters.
