Location
The complex is located in the Black Sea city Sozopol, in the rural area of Kavatsi, on the first line of the sea.
In Sozopol, all the necessary entertainment and municipal infrastructure is developed: three beaches, parks, recreational areas, a yacht port, boat trips to other coastal towns in Bulgaria ( Nessebar, St. Vlas, Burgas, Sunny Beach, Pomorie), diving, many restaurants, taverns and bars, excursion and travel agencies, well-developed transport links, there is a police station and a clinic.
The Municipality of Sozopol holds various events in the summer: music festivals, concert programs, vintage car parades, etc.
35 km from Sozopol, in the regional center of Burgas, there is an international airport and consulates of different countries. Burgas is the fourth most populous city in Bulgaria, an important economic, transport, administrative and cultural center in the southeastern part of the country.
Property Description
The building is located on the first line of the sea, all apartments have a beautiful sea view.
During the development of the project, emphasis was placed on the modern (modernist) architectural image of the building.
Layout principles: corridor type with one entrance and an elevator. Each subsequent floor is designed in such a way as to provide large landscaped terraces and all this is part of the architectural image.
The building is located in the northwestern corner of the site, forming a southeastern courtyard, on which there is a small pool. Parking spaces are provided in the underground level of the building.
