Payment scheme
1st contribution 30% - when signing a preliminary contract;
-2nd deposit of 10% - upon reaching the level of ± 0.00 at the entrance where the purchased apartment is located;
-3rd contribution 10% - upon reaching the level of the floor in the entrance where the purchased apartment is located;
-4th contribution 15% - upon reaching the last floor in the entrance where the purchased apartment is located;
-5th contribution 20% - upon receipt of Act 14;
-6th contribution 10% - upon receipt of Act 15
-7th contribution 5% - at commissioning.
Support fee in the complex: 5 euros / m2 per year.
