Ernst Epstein, construction manager of the famous Looshaus, built this impressive building in 1910.
The representative turn of the century house with the former Steiner shoe factory on the courtyard side impresses with its neoclassical facade and is carefully restored in the course of a revitalization including DG expansion and with great attention to detail, so that the special character of the house is preserved: original lift, doors, lamps.
