Magnificent land located in Begur, between the coves of Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna among others. Located near the beautiful and historic towns of Pals, Peratallada, Ullastret …
The land was acquired about 20 years ago by a businessman who loved this unique part of Spain. He bought more than 350,000 m2 of land. Mostly undeveloped, in incredibly beautiful locations overlooking the coast and the sea. Over time, approximately 100,000 m2 of land was reserved for public use. The land offered for sale consists of approximately 192,544 m2 located on hills, with impressive views of both the coast and the Mediterranean Sea, a fabulous area of the Costa Brava with great prestige and world recognition.
A very good investment opportunity to build.

Costa Brava
The Costa Brava is the name given to it on the strip of coastline that runs from Blanes to Portbou, on the border with France, and which is limited to the province of Girona, in Catalonia.
It has an extension of 214 km. of coastline and was baptized as Costa Brava by the journalist Ferran Agulló in 1908, alluding to the wild natural landscape and the capricious rocky forms, sometimes rough, abrupt and steep that this part of the Mediterranean coastline outlines.
Due to its great beauty, which combines its marine essence with the green tones of the vegetation that practically reaches the sea, as well as its pleasant Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and warm summers, it was the chosen place of many artists and writers such as Picasso. Marc Chagall, Dalí or Rusiñol.
