Green Village is your European residence!
Green Village residential complex is one of the most striking architectural projects in Latvia. It embodied the Baltic restrained style and advanced standards of environmental construction, high standards of comfortable living and European safety requirements.
In the village, located on a landscaped territory with a total area of more than 3 hectares, there are:
- 7 cottages per family,
- 3 two-section (duplex)
- 2 three-section (triplex) townhouse,
It's also an administrative building.
Houses are offered with both white and full finish. Prices range from 191,788 euros to 643,211 euros.
All buildings in Green Village are built, communications and infrastructure are in working order. The facility was commissioned in 2016.
The village has an excellent location between Riga and Jurmala: Riga, with its rich capital potential and wide opportunities for business and leisure, as well as the famous Baltic resort of Jurmala, are located from Green Village at a distance of 20 minutes by car. With the main highways, the village is connected by a new road, laid by self-government in 2015.
Ecological principles of construction. Houses in Green Village were built using environmentally friendly materials using green building technology.
Interiors. The interiors of the houses are dominated by wood, natural stone, marble, wooden design stairs are installed.
Communications. The water supply of the house comes from an artesian well 150 meters deep. Heat saving system with the use of modern economical gas condensing boilers Vaillant, which provide heating of rooms with a system of warm floors.
Security arrangements. The village is located on a fenced illuminated territory, entry to which is possible only with the use of chip cards. In addition to round-the-clock physical security, the safety of residents is provided by installed video surveillance and fire alarm systems.
Comfort and convenience. Thoughtful layouts, spacious bedrooms, cozy living rooms, utility rooms, bath complexes with a sauna, canopies for two cars per family, terraces with pergolas, balconies with forged designer fences, daylighting and air conditioning system - each house in the village is a complete work of architectural and design art.
For kids and guests. On the territory of Green Village is equipped with a playground with a basketball ring, swings, slides and other entertainments, which will not be boring to either a 3-year-old baby or a 13-year-old teenager. All conditions have been created in the village to welcome guests: an equipped place for picnics in nature, a bath complex with a jacuzzi and sauna, a cigar, a children's playroom, a winter garden in the administrative building, there is also an apartment for guests who decide to stay in the village for the night.
International education. Green Village borders the village of Pinki, known for its more than 790-year history. Not only in Latvia, but also abroad, this settlement is famous for its elite educational institutions. Pinki is the oldest international educational institution International School of Latvia. In September 2016, the International School Exupéry will be launched.
Capital infrastructure. The village of Green Village is located in the Babit region - one of the most developed regions of the country. Maintenance of private houses in the village of club type Green Village. Pricing excluding charges related to the submission of testimony to the relevant services for the services provided by these services:
Cottage for one family = 280 Euro / month.
Cottage for two families = 220 EUR / month.
Townhouse = 200 EUR/month.
Services that will be included in the price:
- round-the-clock housing security;
- video surveillance;
- billing in a convenient form for the client and providing information;
- maintenance of the general territory of the village and maintenance of the general views of the village;
- the service of taking meter readings and submitting them to the appropriate services supplying resources.
In this announcement, the price is indicated for a spacious separate 2-storey cottage, with a total area of 359.9 m2, with a canopy for 2 cars. This cottage is offered with full finishing and furniture.
