KK-1636. Agrotourism in Siena
The farm house (365 square meters) is built on the top of a hill, it houses apartments:
- Apartment No. 1 (first floor): living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and private open area;
- Apartment No. 2 (first floor): living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathroom and private open area;
- Apartment No. 3 (first floor): living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom;
Apartment No. 4 (first floor): living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
At the moment, only three apartments are rented out, and the fourth is reserved for the owners' house.
The basement (210 sq.m.) is located near the farm and is equipped for wine production.
The warehouse (75 square meters) is located next to the farmhouse and is used for both wine storage and tasting.
PARTY
The land plot (7 hectares) is divided between vineyards, olive groves and a garden. The garden occupies a part directly adjacent to the buildings, and the vineyard is located north of the building. The vineyard (2.3 hectares) is the heart of the hotel, guaranteeing the production of the excellent and famous SuperTuscan IGT wine.
3 hectares of olive groves (about 700 plants) allow producing a fair amount of oil.
Not far from the house there is also a swimming pool of 15 x 6.5 m with a solarium.

- Variety of vineyards : Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot
- Height : 300 - 400 m
- Annual production: 10,000 - 12,000 bottles

Produced Wine
Produced strictly organic wine received excellent marks in the most prestigious wine magazines, among which we mention the "Guide of Espresso" - Wine of Italy (16.5 / 20), Yearbook of the best wines of Italy (88/99) and the famous guide Veronelli (88/100).
SuperTuscan IGT: 40% Sangiovese, 40% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
