Initially, the bulk of our clients for market research were executive bodies or state-owned enterprises. Legal entities acted as investors on the territory of the Smolensk region, while the investors for our investment products are mainly individuals who are not satisfied with the current rates in banks. After finishing several contracts with the largest developers of residential real estate for the implementation of project financing and marketing, our main focus turned to work with real estate. Currently, the company is involved in the sale of residential real estate from the largest developers in the region at developer prices, as well as the sale and lease of commercial real estate.
