It is possible to purchase an apartment in new building in Warsaw, but you have to wait until the construction is completed. As an alternative, there are options of finished housing which you can enjoy right after you become an owner. Not long ago we posted a set of one-room flats priced at €65,000, and today we want to share some finished two-room apartments in the capital of Poland which cost €98,000 and more.
Apartment in Praga-South for €97,653
In one of the rapidly developing districts of Warsaw, Praga-South, an apartment with one bedroom is on sale. This housing with a total area of 33 square metres will cost you €97,653.
According to the seller, this apartment is ideal for a couple or a single resident, and it is also can be rented out. The location of the property is a good starting point for all the directions in Warsaw. There is a bus stop not far from the flat (120 metres), where you can catch the bus to the city center, and a new metro station of the third line («Goclaw») will soon be built 200 metres away from the house. All the necessary infrastructure including bakeries, restaurants, grocery shops, banks, a barbershop, a market, a laundry, and a drugstore are within walking distance, as well as an embankment with walking and cycling paths.
The flat is on the sixth floor of seven-storey residential building constructed in 2004. Luckily, there is an elevator. Bemovo is a fast-growing centre of commerce and sporting life in Warsaw, located on the western outskirts of the city. A flat with a total area of 45.8 sq. m. is for sale here.
The property is located in a building dating back to the 80s. The flat is located on the fifth floor of a seven storey building with an elevator. Right now the elevators in the building are being replaced and the common areas are being renovated.
The location of the house is quite good, it has everything you need for comfortable living. The listing indicates that there are numerous grocery and service shops nearby (Biedronka is located at the end of the building, and for major purchases just cross the street), within walking distance of various service points, a school, a kindergarten, a park with a playground and a dog walking area. Transportation infrastructure will not be a problem either. There is a bus stop right by the house from where you can get to several destinations at once. There is a tram stop and another bus stop 800 metres away, from where you can go anywhere in Warsaw at any time of the day or night.
The interior is decorated in neutral tones, but there are bright accents that add more ’life’ to the flat. For example, the kitchen fronts are in purple gloss, and the sofa and living room wardrobe are a rich chocolate colour. The flat has all the necessary furniture and appliances: a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a cooker hood and an induction hob. Windows face south and southwest.

At a distance of about 500 meters is the Novodvory transport hub, where every few minutes there is a tram to the metro station Młociny (drive about 15 minutes). You can also take the tram to Galeria Północna, C.H. «Arkadia» or to the main railway station. There are also numerous bus lines.
In close proximity there are all necessary elements of urban infrastructure including schools, kindergartens, Galeria pod Dębami, Northern Gallery, supermarkets, service points, clinics, restaurants, gyms, a swimming pool, a sports hall, tennis courts and many others. The designer succeeded in combining modern and classic decoration elements smoothly. It’s a real pleasure to study the photos of the flat because there is something curious and special in each room.
