It is possible to purchase an apartment in new building in Warsaw, but you have to wait until the construction is completed. As an alternative, there are options of finished housing which you can enjoy right after you become an owner. Not long ago we posted a set of one-room flats priced at €65,000, and today we want to share some finished two-room apartments in the capital of Poland which cost €98,000 and more.
