The site has already been completely cleaned and maintained (confirmation of the Adazi construction department on cleaning the coastline, raising the land level, cleaning, cutting down trees and bushes). On the land there are no existing buildings, the relief is flat, the easement to the access road.

Currently, the land is located in the zone of forest development and in the territory of partial plantations.
The land can be purchased in its current state, and we are also considering the possibility of separating it, taking into account the interest of the client.
