This is one of the best and the most prestigious places in the mountains of Cyprus, a favourite vacation spot for many lovers of the mountains. This place has beautiful nature and picturesque landscapes.
In summer, when all the vegetation and grass is burned, dying on the coast, the temperature in Limassol rises to +35 +40 degrees C and there is nowhere to hide from the sun heat the temperature in Platres is 10-15 degrees lower than on the coast. Everywhere in Platres, you can smell the scent of pine needles and wood.
