Industrial facility in the north-east of Slovenia.
Production facility with commercial premises on land for development, in the industrial zone of the municipality of Hoce-Slivnica. Object installation structure (hala) was built in 2008. The area of the object is 2158 m2, the area of the land plot is 4236 m2.
- Year of construction: 2008 - production shop, 2020 - installation shop.
- Plot: 4236 m2.
- Total net area: 2,185 m2; including the area of the production shop of 1,450 m2, locker rooms and bathrooms and offices of 208 m2, the area of the assembly shop of 501 m2.
- Construction / construction: prefabricated steel structure. The foundation is based on point cup foundations connected by reinforced concrete beams of the base of the facade walls. At a height of 7.55 m, steel columns are pushed into the bracket to fasten the crane path passing inside the workshop.
- Transportation of metal products through the shop is carried out using a bridge crane, which moves under the ceiling of the entire shop.
- The roof design consists of main and secondary steel beams. The roof of the building is a symmetrical pediment with a slope of 4 °, covered with roof thermal insulation panels. On the roof are light motorized domes that open for ventilation.
- Ceiling height: 10.5 m2.
- Facade: thermal insulation facade panels.
- Heating: oven on pellets with a hot water tank.
- Connections: electricity (currently 3x315A), water, gas, sewerage, telecommunications.
Access: organized, access to the building from the south side, from the access road, according to the existing road connection from the Miklava cesta.
The parking lot is in front of the building.
Permit for construction and operation of the production shop from 2008.
Note: additional purchase of a sandblaster is possible.
