Villa. Object of cultural heritage of local (municipal) significance. (Decree of the Government of the Kaliningrad Region of March 23, 2007 132.) The villa was built in Königsberg in the Maraunenhof district at the beginning of the 20th century. In the pre-war years, the villa belonged to a doctor of medicine. On the southwestern facade there is a rectangular portico of the main entrance, completed by an open balcony with a balustrade. On the north-eastern facade at the first floor level there is a rectangular bay window, completed at the second floor level with a balcony with a balustrade.The facades are decorated with corner borders plastered to resemble rustication, plaster casings of rectangular window openings with imitation keystones, and a wide stepped crown cornice.
