The tenement house was built between 1923 and 1931 on the initiative of the PPS leaders. It has an interesting history of its inhabitants. The building has 11 staircases and 196 apartments (only two on one floor) and a nice internal patio with greenery, benches and a pond. It is possible to enter the staircases only through one guarded gate, which was renovated in 2023. From At 11 p.m. the tenement house gate is closed. At night, the gate is opened by a porter.
