Campaign 4: Gift House

• Campaign Process

  • Valid until January  31, 2025 or while supplies last.

  • The campaign is valid for the specified apartments as of November 15, 2024.

• Scope

  • It is valid for 3+1 Villa and 4+1 Villa apartment types.

  • The campaign is limited to 2 apartments.

• Conditions of Participation

  • The customer must complete 80% of the payment for the gift offered in the campaign.

  • In addition to the commission to the agencies that sell with this campaign;

    • In the sales of 3+1 Villas, 1 studio apartment (rear façade) will be gifted in the Courtyard Platinum project.

    • In the sales of 4 + 1 Villas, 1 unit of 1 + 1 duplex apartment (rear façade) will be given as a gift in the Courtyard Platinum project.

  • If the customer wants to sell the house he bought, he must complete 80%, and if the agency wants to sell the gifted house, the customer must complete the payment 100%. If the customer cancels or changes the house he bought for any reason, the agent loses the house bonus.
