A field located in Strovolos Municipality, Nicosia district. It has an irregular shape with a flat even surface and an area of 14,661sqm. The majority of the area falls within the residential planning zone (Kα7) with a very small part falling within the protection planning zone (Δα2).  It is covered by all utility services (water, electricity and telecommunication). The surrounding area is characterised by middle class houses, empty plots of land, and sporadic livestock farms. The property falls within two planning zones: -Planning zone Kα7 (residential) with 80% building density, 45% coverage, and a maximum of 2 floors and a maximum height of 10m. -and planning zone Δα2 (protection) with 1% building density, 1% coverage, and a maximum of 1 floors and a maximum height of 5m.
