Splendide Line is located just beside Bosphorus Bridge in Mecidiyeköy, the new axis of business world. It is collated with life, prestige and luxury in the real center of istanbul where millions meet every day.
The project gives a new meaning to the most significant point of the city. Mecidiyeköy becomes the real center of İstanbul with Splendide Line.
The size of all residences ranging from 1 bedroom + 1 living room to 4 bedrooms + 1 living room, which are equipped with features that can meet all the demands of modern life, vary between 100 and 425 m². The project consists of 3 blocks; two 42-storey residences and one 36-storey office block.
Thanks to project’s design, all the facades of the three blocks carry different panoramic views of the city extending to the Marmara Sea, especially the Bosphorus.
Thanks to the Splendide Line, which is located on the grounds of the Old Ali Sami Yen Stadium, Istanbul also has a modern city square. The under ground areas are designed as office floors with garden and terrace. In addition, the entrance part of the project is designed as a city square enriched with restaurants and cafes of 10,000 m². On the other hand, the western part of the project is planned to increase its integration
