Krk, the old town center near the waterfront
A spacious and furnished three-room apartment with a total area of 75.66 m2 is located on the first floor of an older stone building built around 1800.
The apartment consists of a hallway, entrance hall, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms with toilet and a balcony. In addition to the flat, there is a terrace and a storage room, so that the surface of the flat is in reality almost 100 m2.
The first floor is reached by stairs that pass under stone arches that were built in the old style, and the apartment is entered via a large terrace with a stone well and a view of the church bell tower. The walls of the apartment are almost one meter wide and in the summer there are very rare days when it is necessary to turn on the air conditioning.
The last adaptation of the apartment was in 2010, and the furniture included in the price of the apartment was purchased three years ago. The property is in good condition, and apart from interior decoration, it does not require additional large investments.
The location of the building is perfect because it is located in the pedestrian zone of the old town of Krk. Near the building there are numerous cultural tourist facilities, shops, a pharmacy and everything else that the city center offers. It takes two minutes to walk to the waterfront, and five minutes to the beach.
The owner of the property has the right to a city parking lot, which is paid 40 EUR per year, and is about 150 meters away, and there is the possibility of paying for a private parking lot that is closer and costs between 150-200 EUR per year.
