Cottage village of closed type, consisting of 10 houses, which form a harmonious ensemble of stylish buildings in the traditional Bulgarian style. Each of the houses has an area of 200 square meters, which provides plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy your own corner of paradise on the Black Sea coast. A closed area of the complex will ensure the privacy and safety of residents.
Year-round maintenance of the complex, your site, house and pool is organized by the management company, which guarantees your safety and convenience. Around the perimeter there is a beautiful fence, and the village has only 1 entry and 1 exit, which provides additional security.
Description of houses
Cottages are an ideal combination of modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere of a country house.
Each cottage is made in a modern style and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Large windows in the rooms provide beautiful views of the sea and mountains, and balconies allow you to enjoy the fresh sea air. Only the best and environmentally friendly materials are used in the construction of each house to guarantee the reliability and durability of our cottages.
Each house has its own plot of land of 400 m2, which is delimited by a hedge, sown with lawn, flowers and trees. Each plot has a parking space for the car and a swimming pool (optional). In addition, each house has its own terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or dinner at sunset.
- First floor (area 99.75m2): living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom, storage room with boiler and washing machine, toilet and shower, covered terrace.
- Second floor (area 100.60m2): 2 bedrooms, study (cloakroom), 2 toilet rooms with shower, open terrace, 2 balconies, hall, access to a non-residential attic for storing things.
Each house has its own plot of land with a swimming pool (a separate option for an additional fee), an indoor and outdoor terrace where you can relax with family and friends.
House decoration is available in 3 options:
1) From the builders. Includes:
- a floor tie,
- wall plaster and putty walls,
- Summing up and conclusions of communications,

Payment scheme
No discount:
- Deposit 10,000 euros when choosing a house;
1st installment: 30% of the price when signing a preliminary contract (including a deposit);
2nd installment: 30% of the price within 6 months after the second installment;
3rd installment: 20% of the price upon receipt of Act 16;
4th installment: 20% of the price at the conclusion of the Notary Act (6 months after receipt of Act 16).
With 10% off:
- Deposit 10,000 euros when choosing a house;
1st installment: 50% of the price when signing a preliminary contract (including a deposit);
2nd installment: 30% of the price within 6 months after the second installment;
3rd installment: 20% of the price upon receipt of Act 16 and registration of the notary deed.
With 15% off:
- Deposit 10,000 euros when choosing a house;
1st installment: 80% of the price when signing a preliminary contract (including a deposit);
2nd installment: 20% of the price upon receipt of Act 16 and registration of the notary deed.
