A new and improved project of cottage 2.2 with an added covered carport for 2 cars, which retains the overall dimensions of the house and the basic interior planning.
The house has a pitched roof, the proportions of which remind Japanese architecture of private housing.
The façades are finished with the refinement of Belgian modern architecture using transom tiles.
The layout is well thought out. 2 separate living rooms, a spacious kitchen-living room is combined with 3 living rooms,
the size of the room allows you to separate the living room with a partition if you need three separate spaces.
A terrace connects the living room and the living room to the outside of the house.
This transformer layout has been chosen so that the residents can organise the space to suit themselves while maintaining a high level of comfort and functionality.
A large glazing zone fills the building with sunlight, 3.4 metre high ceilings allow for a feeling of freedom and spaciousness inside the room.
The project is equipped with a chimney for a fireplace, which will allow you to feel the atmosphere of cosiness even in cold weather.
