APARTMENT DETAILS AND AMENITIES
This rental easily has enough room for two average-size families with 1830 square
feet (170 m2) of living space with four bedrooms. It is also well suited for guests with children because we offer a crib and the children seem to enjoy playing with the Playstation on their stays.
KITCHEN: The large kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, pans, coffee
maker, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, etc. along with all the appliances you will need for your vacation including
a dishwasher.
LAUNDRY: There is also a full-size stackable washer for your
convenience
LIVING ROOM: It is a very large area with plenty of comfortable seating and one dining table. The living room has a large 50' Plasma TV with smart TV so you can watch NETFLIX, YOUTUBE and many other channels. Also, there is a Playstation with games and consoles that guests can use.
BEDROOMS
Room 1: Master Bedroom has a queen bed, sliding wardrobe with drawers, two nightstands, a dresser and mirrors. There is a large
balcony in the continuation of the room, a perfect place to take your
coffee and enjoy the view.
Room 2: The second Master Bedroom has queen bed, sliding wardrobe with drawers, two nightstands, a dresser and mirrors. There is also a crib that can be used by families with kids. The
room has a marble floored area with windows facing the pretty trees and the back yard.
Room 3: This room is perfect for teens, or children. It has a queen sized bed
and a wardrobe.
Room 4: This room has 2 single beds that can be put together to form a queen sized bed if desired. It also has a wardrobe that quests can
use to put their clothes in.
Bathroom#1: There is only one Bathroom with tub.
Bathroom#2: This room contains only one toilet.
Our flat is a very special place that stands out with its central feature, so you can access almost anywhere by walking. If you want to get out of Nişantaşı,
-It's right across from City's mall.
- Guests traveling by car can park in the city's paid parking area, or in the "Ispark Maçka Car Park", which is 8 minutes away by walking, or use the valet service on the streets.
-Osmanbey Metro Station, which can take you to all parts of Istanbul, is 7 minutes' walk away.
