This is the first project consisting of 51 houses with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. The project is characterized by architectural design, which focuses on efficiency, compact volumes, providing thermal comfort at any time of the year. The most notable feature is the large terraces, which expand the living space by combining the interior and exterior spaces and promoting the outdoor lifestyle. The project has minimal environmental impact and uses carefully selected materials that complement the surrounding natural species. Communal spaces reinforce the concept of community and well-being, including landscaped gardens, swimming pools, gyms, playgrounds, a social club and more created for fun and sustainability, including city gardens and pet spas, all in a natural environment conducive to environmental mobility and social interaction. In architectural terms, they are distinguished by compact volumes, which is a manifestation of the desire for energy efficiency and thermal comfort. This configuration optimizes the use of space and minimizes the impact on the environment. Large terraces are fundamental elements, acting as a natural extension of the interior space to the outside. These zones of the right proportions provide a smooth interaction with the environment, offering the perfect space for living outdoors. The choice of materials reflects the desire for sustainability and harmonious integration with the surrounding landscape, improving species and communication with nature. They are designed in such a way as to provide a comprehensive and mobile accommodation, where comfort and functionality are a priority. The layout of the premises makes the most of natural light, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The spaces are conceived in such a way as to harmoniously merge with the spacious terraces, blurring the boundaries between the internal and external spaces and visually expanding the living space on the surrounding landscape. Attention to detail is reflected in the quality of finishing and selection of materials that are not only aesthetically appealing, but also environmentally friendly and durable. Energy efficiency is a constant component, and characteristics such as optimal thermal insulation and climate control systems, adapted to the needs of each season, guarantee a comfortable environment all year round. They are conceived as an oasis of well-being and communication, where nature plays a central role. The winding paths between the sensory gardens invite you to stroll and do sports, allocating places for cycling. Spacious pools, yoga areas and self-consumption gardens promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Social clubs and plazas are nooks to socialise, and bicycle workshops and pet washing grounds are practical amenities. This integrated approach to public space contributes to the formation of a sense of community and holistic well-being.
