Villa of the late XIX century, built by architect J. R. Klotz, is a beautiful example of a residential house in the style of classicism, surrounded by a park.
The building needs complete restoration: in 2016, the roof was reconstructed, a new roof and gutters were installed.
On the site next to the bourgeois villa, a new building has already been designed, which, according to the architectural project, is an integral part of the whole. The pavilion principle of construction is integrated into the existing park and subordinated to the existing villa, which thus retains a dominant role.
