The proposed house is two storeys. On the ground floor we have a living room of over 40m2, a kitchenette, a pantry and a toilet. On the first floor, the private part which is four rooms and two bathrooms.
The house is 122m2 of usable area and 130m2 of total area. The plot size is 212m2.
We also offer you the possibility to use the service of INTERIOR DESIGN OF THE HOUSE UNDER THE CLASS. There is our architect available, who will prepare a project and make visualisations of the rooms based on your preferences. The finished project will be carried out under the supervision of the designer by a proven team, and the finished house will only require you to bring in your luggage.
THE RESIDENCE:
This is a small estate of houses in the form of urban villas. Houses with garages, with terraces or with gardens on the roofs. There is space in front of the house for a second car, and some of the houses also have space for a third car. A total of 29 houses have been designed. Their areas range from 128 to 220 m2. The estate is located in the centre of a low-rise development right on the border of Warsaw Ursynów. In the immediate vicinity you will find shops, a shopping centre, schools, kindergartens and a swimming pool nearby. The place is close to Kabaty Forest, which can be reached on foot or by bike in several minutes. Nearby also an international school, a fitness school, a pharmacy or restaurants and cafes. If you use city buses, you can reach the bus stop in the direction of Warsaw in a few minutes (e.g. 709, 739 and others). At the same time, going to the S7 route either in the direction of Cracow or to the capital city to Okęcie airport is only a dozen or so minutes.
