Within a five-minute drive - the commercial center LA ZENIA BOLEVAR and the shopping center HABANERAS, tennis and yacht clubs Torrevieja, and within a radius of only a few kilometers - golf clubs Las Colinas, Campoamor, Villamartine, Las Ramblas, La Marquesa, La Finca. It's a great place to walk.
The price per week of rent depends on the season and is: 490 euros in low season or - 70 euros per day, 1050 in average or 150 euros per day, 1750 in high - 250 euros per day.
