An apartment is rented in one of the prestigious urbanizations of the city. The apartment of 48 m2 consists of a bedroom, salon, American-type kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. The city beach of LOS LOCOS is only 90 meters away! Restaurants, bars - within walking distance, from 70 m. In 450 m newly built (June 2021) large supermarket of the national retail chain Consum. The apartment has everything you need for living: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bedding and towels, air conditioning, TV and Internet. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
The rental price depends on the season and is per week:
280 euros (40 euros per day) in low season
490 (70 euros per day) in average and
770 (110 euros per day) in high.
70 euros, paid once upon arrival, for the final cleaning
150 euros - deposit, which is returned on condition of safety of property
