The building at Elizabetes 18 is one of the brightest gems of Riga's architectural heritage. It was built at the end of the 19th century and fully restored between 2013 and 2016. As a result, a modern elite residential space emerged within its historic surroundings.

The load-bearing walls of the building are made of brick, while the internal walls are built with construction blocks. The floors are concrete, resting on load-bearing metal piles.
The interior exudes a touch of contemporary art, elegantly combined with high functionality. The uniqueness of each apartment is enhanced by wooden and glass interior pieces – creations by renowned artists.
High quality is guaranteed by world-famous brands. Sockets and switches are from the German company Jung. Ceramic sanitary ware is from Falper, Zucchetti, Teuco, Bisazza, and radiators from Tubes.
